Barre Burn

Barre Burn at Fitness World combines the best and most effective elements of barre and strength training to give you a full-body workout during each 50 minute class. These small group sessions are led by our Certified Group Instructors who ensure participants are implementing correct form for each exercise, with modifications available for those who need it.
